You are responsible for providing complete, correct, and updated information. Ambard Group LLC shall not be held liable for errors, delays, losses, or consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, false, or outdated information provided by the client.
3. No legal advice
Ambard Group LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or legal opinions. Our services are not a substitute for legal counsel. Should your situation require legal guidance, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney
4. Tax Preparation Services
Tax preparation services are provided using the information and documentation supplied by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing the information included in their tax returns prior to submission and for confirming that it is complete and accurate
Ambard Group LLC does not guarantee the amount of any tax refund, tax credit, tax liability, or specific outcome with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any other tax authority.
5. Insurance Services
Insurance products and services are subject to the terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, premiums, exclusions, and decisions of the applicable insurance companies.
Ambard Group LLC cannot guarantee the issuance, approval, pricing, coverage, renewal, or acceptance of any insurance policy. All coverage is subject to the terms and conditions established by the underwriting insurance carrier.
6. Translation Services
Translations are performed with every effort to accurately reflect the content of the source document. It is the client's responsibility to verify names, dates, identification numbers, and all other critical details prior to using the translated material.
Ambard Group LLC does not guarantee that any given translation will be accepted by an agency, business, educational institution, court, government entity, or other organization, as each entity may establish its own specific requirements.
7. Confidentiality and Information Protection
Ambard Group LLC strives to protect the confidentiality and privacy of the information provided by its clients. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
By submitting information electronically, the client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with the transmission and storage of data.
8. Fees and Payments
The applicable fees for each service will be communicated to the client prior to or at the time of engaging the service.
The client agrees to pay the applicable fees for the requested services. Once work has commenced, payments made may be deemed non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless otherwise determined by Ambard Group LLC.
9. Third-Party Fees
Fees charged by insurance companies, government agencies, financial institutions, electronic platforms, shipping services, notaries, external vendors, or other third parties are not included in our fees, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The client shall be responsible for the payment of such fees.
10. Client Communication
Ambard Group LLC may communicate with the client via telephone, text message, email, or other means using the contact information provided by the client.
It is the client's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date and to respond in a timely manner when additional information is required to complete a service.
11. Service Limitations
Ambard Group LLC will only provide the services specifically contracted by the client.
We do not assume responsibilities that belong to attorneys, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), financial advisors, or other licensed professionals, except when the service is rendered by an individual who holds the corresponding licenses or authorizations to do so.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Ambard Group LLC does not guarantee any specific result related to the services provided.
Decisions made by the IRS, insurance companies, financial institutions, government agencies, private companies, or other third parties are beyond the control of Ambard Group LLC.
13. Right to Refuse or Suspend Services
Ambard Group LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend services when there is a commercial, professional, ethical, regulatory, or compliance reason justifying such decision, always in accordance with applicable laws.
Where applicable, any refund will be determined based on the work performed, expenses incurred, and the agreed-upon terms for the service.
14. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Ambard Group LLC provides its services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The company reserves the right to decline any transaction or service that it deems may violate applicable laws, regulations, compliance requirements, economic sanctions, or other restrictions.

17. Private and Independent Company
Ambard Group LLC is a private and independent company. We are not a government agency, nor are we affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by any government entity.
